Little Red Wagon Challenge #25 - Ruffles

Wow! I can not believe how many great submissions there were this past week with Dry Embossing! Everyone did such a wonderful job with this challenge that I can not wait to see what everyone can do with some Ruffles! I decided to play around with a little ribbon and came up with this layout titled Friends for Life!

Details: I made the flowers a little glittery using some Glitter and UTEE, I coloured some other paper flowers with my copics and did the same with some pearl centres so that I had a matching colour.... This layout is actually a double page one so I have also attached below the 2nd page to the layout!

Don't forget to check out what all the other Girlfriends did! I am looking forward to seeing what Everyone comes up with! Please feel free to add your link to your project below! ~Avril

Little Red Wagon Challenge #24

Happy Wednesday! It is challenge day here at Little Red Wagon and I have chosen dry embossing. There are so many different ways to achieve this effect and I am sure that we will get some amazing entries this week.

I decided to use my ScorPal to create a border on the front of my card. This is super easy to do and it added a lot to my card. I just used scraps of pattern paper for the small squares. I added some Vintage Photo Distress Ink (I couldn't resist), some ribbon from American Crafts, a crochet flower from my dear friend Regan and a little rub-on in the top left corner.

I can't wait to see what my girlfriends have put together for this challenge. Be sure to check it out. I hope you find some time to play along with us. Be sure to link up your post using Mr. Linky below! Have fun!

Challenge #23 - Sketch

Happy Wednesday everyone! It is time for a new challenge and this week I decided to make up a sketch for you to use. It is my first ever sketch and I hope it inspires you to create something awesome! With the fabulous Spring weather we have been having, I make up this sweet little card that reminds me of warm weather days when I was a little girl. (I might be able to still jump rope, but it wouldn't be pretty!)

Make sure you check out what the other Girlfriends have done and be sure to link up your project below. I can't wait to see what you create this week! Hugs~ Joanne xo
